These treasured moments in June 2014 at the Dempsey dam, Milton, Ontario (intersection of Dempsey Crescent and Beaty Trail) was even more special for us, due to Eric and Louise’s visit and unbelievable support also to Sharon and I.

The flowers were photographed with a 50mm Canon lens. They are: trumpet-like white (field bind weed); purple with bee (Common Burdock), five-petalled pink with yellow centre (wild rose – Rosa Nutkana), yellow five-petalled (wild rose – Yellow Avens), purple five ‘string’ petals (Deptford Pink), hanging purple with large yellow stamen (Bitter-sweet Nightshade), multi-white petals yellow centre (Ox-eye Daisy), large pink flower (Peony).
